Question: Once WBW has viewed my space, when will I receive a quote?
Answer: Within 24 Hours.
Question: What form of payments do you accept?
Answer: Check, Cash, Venmo
Question: Does someone need to remain in the home or building while WBW is working?
Answer: No. We are professionals you can trust. We respect all customer’s properties and clean up the project work area daily.
Question: How often does the interior of a home need a fresh coat of paint?
Answer: At least every 5 years.
Question: If we have any damages to the wall, do we need to have wall repaired prior to having WBW paint?
Answer: No. WBW also provides drywall repair. We will repair any damaged walls (holes/scratches/dents) and prep the areas before we paint.
Question: Do I need to remove all furnishings in the room prior to the day my painting project begins?
Answer: No. We move all furnishings out of the room. We also cover all and will return all furnishings to the original space once we have completed the work.
Question: How often should the exterior of my home or building be painted?
Answer: Every 5 - 7 years.
Question: How do I know if the exterior of my home or building needs to be painted?
Answer:
  • Peeling or Cracking in Paint
  • Cracks in the Caulk
  • Faded Paint
  • Gapes in the Wood (or wood is shrinking)
Question: If the exterior of my home or building is in need of any surface repair, can WBW repair prior to painting?
  • Answer: Yes. We will:
  • Pressure-Wash the Exterior to Remove Dirt, Dust, etc.
  • Cover All Doors/Windows/Lights
  • Repair Any Damaged Surfaces
  • Remove Any Loose Paint
  • Caulk All Trim
  • Paint the Exterior, Trim, and Doors
Question: What determines the cost of a drywall repair?
Answer: Such things as the size of the area that needs repaired. The cost for a ceiling repair is higher than the cost to repair a wall.
Question: How long does it take to repair a wall?
Answer: Most often, 1 day.
